We may collect limited data necessary for functionality, including: Discord user IDs, server IDs, and role ID - Command usage and configuration data - Purchase or subscription status - APIs and required passwords - Application login information. 2. The collected data from Vertex and associated applications is used to: provide and maintain service and bot functionality, provide premium features and additons, prevent abuse and enforce policies, and provide support.

3. Collected data is stored via hosting storage provided by "BotGhost". We maintain the ability to add, delete, edit, and view collected data at anytime. We (Vertex staff and associated programs) are not at fault if any data loss occurs.

4. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except for required payment processing, legal compliance, or third-party operations required for Vertex functionality.

5. Payments and analytics may be handled by third-party providers. Their privacy policies apply independently.

6. Users may request data removal by removing the bot from their server or contacting support, where applicable. For effective data deletion or viewing, we ask that you contact us via proper support channels provided.

7. The service is not intended for users under the age required by Discord’s Terms of Service. Users found to be breaking this clause will be removed from use of the discord application.

8. This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of changes.
